Northlands Girls' Pre-drinks Photo Shoot

Despite of rain teamed with near gale force winds, we managed to salvage an impressive collection of striking images! We started off shooting at the Cube up until the rain decided to join the heavy wind that were pounding us, we then moved venue to a friends yard. Big thanks to Felicity Hayward for allowing us to crash her yard without warning. Your pot plant should be arriving tomorrow:) Thanks to Maxine Zerman for rounding the troops up. One Billion Rising

One Billion Rising is a movement, for women by women, which calls for an end to violence, and for justice and gender equality. The event was held on Valentines Day, on the 15th anniversary of the V-Day movement. The word "billion" refers the statistic that one in three women will be raped or beaten in their lifetime, or about one billion.On September 20, 2012, people from 160 countries had signed up to take part in the campaign. On February 14, 2013, the rally was held in more than 190 countries.
